Isolation Log: Easter Monday

Well, we’re finally getting round to some of the computer stuff. As antique dealers, we certainly aren’t computer literate, so we apologise for the many and varied mistakes around the page. We’re trying our best.

Now that we have decided to temporarily close to help combat the spread of Covid-19, we are finally getting the time to focus on some of the jobs we may have been a little scared to take on. So 16 days into isolation and we have discovered some beautiful old film posters, a wonderful cold painted magpie pin cushion, a couple of incredibly powerful Singer sewing machines, not to mention completing sympathetic restoration to several fun and unique furniture pieces. But the true highlight for this Easter Monday was the discovery of 3 baby chickens, obviously hatched sometime on Sunday . Their adorable little cheeps are just what we needed to remind us to be thankful for the little things in life.  Spirits are high, work is productive, and supplies are plentiful. We’ve got enough wine for the French Army!  (We’ve run out of toilet paper and food, but with a well stocked cellar nobody seems to mind)
