Small landscape water colour by Otto Pareroultja (Hermannsburg school) of central Australia. 30cms by 21cms in orginal frame.

Otto Pareroultja was born in 1914 in Hermannsburg  near Alice Spring. He was a member of the Arunta  (Aranda) Tribe of Aborigenes who excelled in painting, like Albert Namatjira, the best known of them all.  Two of his brothers, Edwin and Reuben also painted. Otto’s work is represented in many state galleries and in the National collection in Canberra. He died in 1973
